Gatlinburg is a city which believes in celebrating life, its customs, traditions and its people. In the spring, Gatlinburg continues the fun and merry making with an unusual event called the Holly and Shamrock Parade. Hundreds of Santas, elves, reindeer and elves throng the street in a colourful parade. If you visit the Arts and Crafts community show, you can pick up some wonderful pottery, wood carving showpieces, candles and paintings from the many stalls and booths set up here.
